Cancellations & Refunds
If you wish to exercise your right to cancel the contract for the provision of the Will writing service, please contact us within 7 days following receipt of our engagement letter and in accordance with our Terms and Conditions of Service by writing to us at Flint Bishop LLP St. Michael's Court, St, Michael's Lane, Derby DE1 3HQ or by e-mail at charlotte.royce@flintbishop.co.uk.
We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days from the day you gave us notice of cancellation.
